Our services
We have a $75 service fee, this fee covers the trip to diagnose the issue with the system. Once the issue has been diagnosed, we will give you the price for the repair. If you have us do the repair the $75 service is deducted from the repair cost.

Does your home smell musty, feel humid or just have poor air quality? Give use a call and we’ll find a solution for you.
Furnace tune up
Our furnace tune up is $75, this includes a visual heat exchanger inspection, flame sensor cleaning, igniter inspection, flame roll out check, high limit check. We check all electric connections and functions of the furnace.
A/C tune up
Our A/C tune up is $85, this includes cleaning the condenser, checking amps on all motors, checking pressures, super heat and sub cooling, visual inspection for any loose connections or burnt wires. Making sure the unit has proper temp drop.
